JFA strengthens ties with Deutscher Fussball-Bund

Japan Football Association (JFA) has signed today a renewed partnership MOU with Deutscher Fussball-Bund (DFB) in Germany. The first agreement between both football governing bodies was signed in June 2011, followed by another agreement in July 2013.
The new MOU covers additional area of cooperation to strengthen the mutual relationship and to cooperate together for a further development of football in both Germany and Japan.
JFA President DAINI Kuniya has expressed his appreciation of such an important occasion. “I am very honoured by this meaningful moment of re-signing the partnership with DFB, which reflect the depth of the trust between us for over half a century. It is my sincere hope that this new agreement would lead both of us to a greater height.”
The MOU between DFB and JFA aims to cooperate with each other in the areas as follows:
・Training courses for coaches and instructors
・National Team’s management.
・Youth Development
・Grassroots
・Administration
・Training camps and exchange programmes (for various national team categories).
・Marketing and consulting.
Until now JFA has signed MOU with many football associations and federations such as France, Spain, Singapore, Tajikistan, UAE, Jordan, Vietnam, Iran and India.
