Instructor system
Summary
JFA is developing "instructors" who will be lecturers of each training course, in order to enhance licensed coach training courses and refresher training course, and to create occasions where official coaches can devote themselves to their studies.
Specific and advanced information regarding contemporary football's trends and coaching methods etc. are provided to Official Class S coaches.
It has the important role of diffusing JFA strengthening and development policy and its specific measures to all over the country.
「47FA chief instructors 」are the lecturers of 「Official Class C coach Refresher training course」. JFA is organising training courses for the development of instructors and refresher training courses in order to achieve an accurately and quickly transmission of information.
「Official Kids' Leaders」 has at least the qualification of 「Official Class C coach」and are obligated to participate to a training course of 3 days.
