JFA signs on partnership with Chinese Taipei

Japan Football Association (JFA) signed on a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chinese Taipei Football Association (CTFA) today, 15 December 2017. This agreement between the two football governing bodies will deepen the mutual relationship and continuous cooperation for further development of football in both Chinese Taipei and Japan.
Having welcomed CTFA President Mr. LIN Yong Cheng to the JFA House, JFA President TASHIMA Kohzo expressed his appreciation for this precious occasion of signing the first MoU between CTFA and JFA. “It is our great pleasure to form a partnership with Chinese Taipei Football Association. We have been good friends for long time through the dispatch of many Japanese coaches and instructors to CTFA since 2005 and the hosting of the National Teams and coaches for camps and training programmes in Japan. I believe this partnership will strengthen the relationship much further. It will certainly accelerate the football development of both associations in a broad range of fields. We are looking forward to working with CTFA even more closely and contribute to the beautiful game in Asia together.”
The MoU between CTFA and JFA agrees on the cooperation with each other in the following areas:
1.Personnel Development regarding International Affairs, National Teams, Competition Management, Media Marketing, Sports Law and Facility Management
2.Management of National Teams
3.Technical Development
4.Coach and Referee Education
Until today JFA has signed MoU with the following football associations:
Asia
[East] Hong Kong, Mongolia
[ASEAN] Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos
[South] India
[Central] Iran, Uzbekistan
[West] Jordan, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Oman
Europe
England, France, Germany, Spain and Denmark
