Initiatives for enhancing the training system of futsal coach

The Japan Football Association (JFA) invited Mr. KONISHI Teppei for the first Futsal Technical Director, the first appointed person, starting 1 April 2015. The reason for inviting him was to enhance assistance for futsal coaches by upgrading the Futsal Coaches Training Seminar and Refresh Lectures.
At the same time, Mr. Miguel Rodrigo of Japan Futsal national team head coach agreed to become Futsal Technical Adviser. He is going to give his insights into reviewing the training programs of Class B and C seminar which are currently organized and enhancing the contents of Refresh Lectures and increasing the number of instructors.
