ACL2015 R16 2nd Leg: Kashiwa to face Suwon Samsung at home Hitachinaka
26 May 2015
The AFC Champions League 2015 has the second leg of the round 16 this week. Kashiwa Reysol won 3-2 in the first leg on the road. The J.League side go out to clinch a quarterfinal spot. The following is comments at the press conference on the day before the match.
Kashiwa Reysol
YOSHIDA Takuma, Head Coach
Tomorrow, we get to play the second leg at home at Hitachinaka. I take it very positively that we can play tomorrow’s match with a lead under our belt. One of the keys will be how composed we can play. It was a valuable road win, but I don’t think it reflects the true ability of them and us. I don’t think we were able to take the pace of the match for the 90 minutes, and the win was just like what often happens in a football match. Tomorrow we have to be very careful and alerted of Suwon’s physical strength, skills, and quickness. We have done good preparation as a team, so I think all we need to do is show on the pitch what we have done as well as try not to be outrun and outcompeted.

We gained some advantage on the road, but we have got ourselves ready and told ourselves that we are good enough to win it at home. Tomorrow we have a chance to make that happen, so we will be strong-minded and play hard together with supporters, everyone on the team including all the team staff.
Suwon Samsung FC (KOR)
Seo Jung Won, Head Coach
Disappointingly we lost the last match, and I feel this match will be a very tough. But we think we still have a chance. Anything can happen in football until the 90-minute match comes to an end. In football, you see one or two goals in ten minutes. To make that happen, we have done every preparation possible.
MF #26 Yeom Ki Hun
The last match turned out to be a disappointing loss, but this time we will try to show everybody a different outcome. Please look forward to it.
