Comment of Coach IKEDA Futoshi (Nadeshiko Japan)
Following our scheduled tour to the USA in February, we will conduct another overseas tour in Europe in April. Each remaining match is an important development opportunity for the team as we prepare for the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia/ New Zealand 2023™, which starts in July. In addition to developing the team strength, we also want to encourage development at the individual level and build a team that is ready to compete. Denmark have a lot of players who play in various leagues in Europe, and I have the impression that they are extremely talented at the individual level. We, too, will fight strongly, both as a team and as individuals.
