Nadeshiko to play Canada in October friendlies

The Japan women’s team will play Canada in a two-game friendly series in October in Canada.
Game 1 will be held at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton on October 25 (kickoff 2 p.m.), with Game 2 scheduled for October 28 at BC Place stadium in Vancouver (kickoff 7 p.m.).
The two sides have played three times over the last 10 years, with both sides winning once, drawing once and losing once. Japan won their last encounter at the 2012 London Olympics 2-1.
