We checked the recent training programs, 4-on-2 pass practice after the warming up, positioning for receiving the ball and pass as you taking look at the other side’s situation.
Following that, the game of 10-on-10 were held to get used to the pitch condition as having communication among the team and shared the image for the upcoming game. We finished the training after checking set play and holding shooting practice for forward players. The squad was calling each other in relaxed feeling and showed quite a few good plays. Players Comments
YOSHIMARU Kenshin (Vissel Kobe)
Fourth day of training since we arrived here and the team condition is getting better. As the game starting tomorrow, I think each one of game until AFC U-19 Championship is important for us. I want to do my best to create good result as well as contents of the game. Personally I am going to revise the points recognized for improvement in previous training camp of national team.
KANEKO Shota (Shimizu S-Pulse)
This is the last trip before AFC U-19 Championship. We had focused on both result and contents of the game previously but I will focus on generating result. The game format of AFC U-19 Championship will be group stage followed by Knock-out format of the tournament. This should be a good simulation and I hope to get a good result.
OGAWA Naoki (Gamba Osaka)
Official training of fourth day in Vietnam, it was conducted in hot weather. Finally, it is going to be first game and against Australia national team tomorrow. I will make sure to run harder than the other side and not hesitate to show my strength of playing speed and breaking out behind back line by dribble. As this is the championship, it is crucial to get result as well as how we play. Knowing head coach is expecting me to score the goal, I am going to hold good training for game tomorrow.
UCHIYAMA Yuki (Consadore Sapporo)
The championship starts tomorrow. The objective of the championship is to become champion and it means to fight through the battles of four games. As the final qualifier games are getting closer, I am going to play each game seriously. I want to say confidently I have done everything I could do for the final qualifier.
