1.Purpose
To strengthen and develop Japan’s football, this National Training Centre U-12 in Tohoku does the following:
(1)Finding and training excellent young players
(2)Level-up both of players and trainers
(3)Enhancing interaction of players and trainers
(4)Developing the National Training Centre system

8.Eligibility of 108 players
(1)JFA registered players
(Foreign players can participate if it is thought to be beneficial for the Japanese players)
(2)For those who were born after 1 January 2002 (There is no lower age limitation)
(3)Both boy and girl players are welcomed, particularly top-level girl players are encouraged to participate
