Miguel RODRIGO Coach Comment

During the run-up since June this year to the next year's AFC Championship, we had training matches against Vietnam and Malaysia. Looking back those matches, this upcoming AFC Championship seems to be going to be as competitive as we've never seen in the past. The reason for that is high-grade coaches are helping out those Asian countries and the level among them is getting closer to better teams in Asia.

As acknowledging such a situation, we are trying to brush up our competency and performance as a team to the maximum, ultimate level in order to be in excellent condition. There is, of course, the Asian treble further ahead, which I and my players have big expectation and ambition on. We will thoroughly pursue it.

With such an ambition and the challenges to brush up the quality of the team, we will continue to have training camps following the past two training matches and at the end play a friendly against world-class powerhouse next January before heading for the AFC Championship.

Schedule

Mon. 28 September PM Training (Ecopa Arena)
Tue. 29 September AM
PM
Training (Ecopa Arena)
Wed. 30 September AM Training (Ecopa Arena)

*The schedule is subject to change due to the team condition, the weather, etc.
