Coach and Players' Comments
MORIYASU Hajime, Coach (Sanfrecce Hiroshima)
For getting through the group stage, we shouldn’t lose tomorrow. So it is an important match for us. Buriram United is the leading team in Thailand so we shouldn’t let them get the rhythm of the match. We want to be better particularly in offence. We will keep a strong mentality to keep going to the goal, and the power to break open the net, to get the victory.
AOYAMA Toshihiro (Sanfrecce Hiroshima)
Tomorrow, I will maximise what I can do in the match. I am confident, but I want to keep playing with a humble mentality at the same time. At first we need to understand the team’s tactics and want to make a good combination. Even though we sometimes missed a good combination, we can still overcome that mistake and this is our advantage as a team. We have learned a lot of lessons to come here, so we will remain confident and go to win the match tomorrow.
Alexandre Gama, Coach (Buriram United)
We will face Sanfrecce Hiroshima and will regard this match as a very important one not only for us but also for football in Thailand. We are missing some players now, and it is a challenging period for us, but we are ready to do our best in our current situation. Sanfrecce Hiroshima seems to be stable in any situation even though they have to change players, but we do have a chance; I hope we can show off our strengths tomorrow.
Jakkaphan Kaewprom, (Buriram United)
I know that Sanfrecce Hiroshima is the strong team also in the J. League, and I expect the match tomorrow to be a difficult one for us. We will get ready well to accomplish a good result tomorrow.
