Exchange Program
Purpose
Actually, a system for referees' international transfer does not exist. In order to let referees and instructors gain international experience outside Japan, a " referee exchange program" is conducted since 2008 in co-operation with football associations and federations of other countries. Efforts are made in order to create opportunities for gain international experience through international exchanges with these countries.
Dispatched referees referee league's matches and international matches in foreign countries and foreign referees invited in Japan referee J-League's matches and international matches in Japan.
