Instructor Comment
KASHIWABARA Joji, Class S Instructor (Kanagawa)
This training was conducted to taking consideration of preferred style and need to improve points from what we’ve been doing as J3 League approaching the last part of season.
Participants proposed what to discuss for practical and video discussion and common understanding was identified.
About physical strength, Yamagishi Takashi, fitness instructor, gave lesson on the thing you could have improved such as running form and other things need to improve as he explain in practical training. I expect them to change their attitude toward physical fitness.
We had a discussion on taking different point and view of the game, taking time to consider putting yourself in someone’s shoes and importance of taking control of yourself. For making a good game, I want them to think and feel lot of things and take actions accordingly and these series of actions is important in the game.
In approaching the final part of the league, I believe I was successful in getting them motivated for taking up the each game at full strength. I wish very best to the participants’ refereeing in the future.
Participant Comment
NISHIYAMA Takao, Class 1 Referee (Kagawa)
Looking back my performance after the summer, it was good opportunity to review myself objectively in this training. I have a clear image of what idealistic move and judgment through video analysis, practical training and physical training. I am going to do my best to make an ideal realistic.
Reviewing my form of running on video, I realized what is missing and how to improve it. I want to take advantage of training from now on.
This training, discussion and lecture, gave me clue as to change my view of looking at things. Not just communicating my thinking, I think I can develop myself if I understand what others are thinking and what they want to communicate, gives me chance to develop not only as a referee but as a man.
With the last part of season is beginning, the game will change hands frequently. I want to take part in the game after making the best preparation.
