"I could score in the game by shooting with checking the GK's position!"
I struggled to compete against big and string opponents physically as I am small, but I was excited when I never abandoned and followed a ball, getting it back again successfully. I was really happy to make a score by shooting after I checked the GK's position carefully in front of the goal and enjoyed games with my team mates. I usually plays in boys' FC as well as girls' FC and try to practice focusing on competing well with opponents as well as scoring precisely. My dream is to be a member of Nadeshiko JAPAN.

"I enjoyed 2 days to compete with good players"
I played with great effort and found that my problem to solve was how accurate score a goal as well as trap a ball. I want to practice more to play well in the junior high school's club next year. This 2 days were really exiting for me to compete with strong teams and players for becoming a champion. My strong points are to chip in a shot after launching an attack against the opponent speedy and cheer my team up with my voice. I sometimes got angry in the game earlier, but I came to be able to say "thanks" to my mother who drive me to and from training after listening to the lecture in a Respect Program of the training center. I want to listen to a story in a Respect Program repeatedly because I believe it is important. I want to be a member of Nadeshiko JAPAN in the future.

"I could be involved with score, playing with careful conditions around myself!"
I enjoyed to play with many friends from various prefectures in Hokushinetsu. I always try to think playing with careful attention into my surrounding condition. I could run up from the sideline after receiving a penetrating pass and center a ball in front of the goal, making a scoring chance many times. I could also pass a ball observing situations and thinking what I should do next. I have listened to the story of a Respect Program before at the training center and I recognized again the importance to extend my appreciation and could say "thank you" to referees after the game this time. I have a dream to become a member of Nadeshiko JAPAN.
Coach Comment
HORINO Hiroyuki JFA National Training Centre's Coaches Sub Chief [Women]
The first day was unfortunately held in a rainy condition, but players were playing hard. The weather got better on the second day and players seemed to play vigorously showing their strength in the shiny autumn condition. The three fifteen-minute games allowed all players to play plenty of time, and players experienced a lot of games during the two days as we took in friendly matches.
The JFA instructor Mr. Kitano Takashi provided a night lecture with a topic “workshop regarding respect.” The players went through discussions and made their individual respect declaration. I found there were some differences among players in terms of the degree of participation in the discussion. I felt we need to work on activities to develop U-12 children’s skills to actively express themselves and proactively share opinions of peers.
Along with the event, we held a coaching workshop for the purpose of “sharing Japan’s Way,” and “the collaboration between regions.” In spite of their busy days when they needed to travel and handle their team, a lot of coaches participated in the session. Toward their issues that they are facing, there were lots of positive discussions, and I felt the passion of the coaches who have worked on improving the environment surrounding women’s football.
Thanks to the support from staff that promptly managed the change of the tournament system, and helped us with event planning, preparation and event-day management, players could play football in the great environment. I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for that.
