The morning training was started with a sprint. This is a crucial time of the year to engage in the high-mileage training for building foundation of my body for a year to come and we could run till the end of the program calling each other. In the program using the ball, I worked on the program of practicing first touch which is something I need to improve. I ‘ve got to make a quick judgment considering the other side, team mates, space to place ball in favorable location.

I want to keep on playing to make a sensible judgment even under the circumstance of high pressure. Watching the other members playing, I noticed they have something I don’t have and I wanted to steal those good things from them without hesitation. In the afternoon game, I focused on giving an accurate pass after intercepting the ball because that was something not worked well in the previous game. There are many things still not working well but there are increased numbers of things we can play well. I want to take on tomorrow’s match by discussing how to get over something not worked well and improve things worked ok.

SUGITA Hina(Fujieda Junshin High School→INAC Kobe Leonessa)
This training camp’s focus has been on defence, but there were many occasions where we end up being intercepted again because after successfully intercepting the ball and switching to attack but the thing is we lacked the ideas. I realized every players has to make quicker switch and move effectively to get involved with the ball, this is something we absolutely needed to switch from a good defence to good attack.

In the intra-squad game in the afternoon, there were occasions where we were not successful in intercepting the ball even with many players defending. I guess the cause of the problem seemed to be all the players didn’t have a common intention when defending and I figured we should call each other and talk more. It will be the last day of the training tomorrow and I want demonstrate what we’ve been working on during the training camp.
