Tournament Regulations
All matches shall be played in accordance with the Laws of the Game and the following principles.
-Each participating team shall ensure that all players of its representative team were born on or after 01 January 2001 (U-16).
-Each team shall register eighteen (18) players per match.
-Up to seven (7) players from the registered players may be substituted during a match. Each team can only make substitutions up to three (3) times during the second half of a match.
MODE OF COMPETITION
The Competition shall be played in one-round-robin, in which each team plays one (1) match against the other teams, i.e. three (3) matches in total.
Each match shall last ninety (90) minutes comprising two (2) periods of forty five (45) minutes with an interval of fifteen (15) minutes in between.
If a match is level at the end of the normal playing time, no extra time shall be played and the winner shall be determined by penalty kicks immediately after the two (2) periods.
The team shall receive three (3) points for a win, two (2) points for a win in a penalty shoot-out, one (1) point for a defeat in a penalty shoot-out, and no points for a defeat.
1) Greatest number of points obtained in all matches.
2) Goal difference in all matches.
3) Greater number of goals scored in all matches.
4) Greater number of points obtained in the matches between the teams concerned.
5) Goal difference resulting from the matches between the teams concerned.
6) Greater number of goals scored in the matches between the teams concerned.
7) Drawing of lots by JFA.
