In efforts to support the development of football in Asia, Japan Football Association (JFA) has been dispatching instructors to many regions of Asia. Most recently, Mr. HAGINO Shuntaro was dispatched to Brunei Darussalam to serve as a Physiotherapist to support the development of football in Brunei Darussalam.
Instructor’s Comment
HAGINO Shuntaro, Physiotherapist of Brunei Darussalam National Team and U-18/U-15 National Team
I have been appointed as the Physiotherapist for the Brunei Darussalam National Team and the U-18/U-15 National Team. I am very honoured to be given the opportunity to be part of the medical team that supports the activities of the National Teams. I am also feeling a great deal of responsibility to be involved in the trainings of the local medical staff and the installation of medical equipment and supplies for the association's renovated facilities in an environment where, unlike in Japan, the club teams do not have permanent medical staff. I am committed to work with the staff and players of the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam to overcome the challenges and contribute to the development of Brunei football.
