WHAT is “KOKORO PROJECT”

“DREAM” – courage to achieve –

WHAT is “KOKORO PROJECT”

What can football do for children today?

Not only to teach technique of playing football,
but also we have to contribute to promote children’s inner growth.
We believe, if children realize his or her dream,
they could work harder and overcome hardships.
“Dreaming makes you stronger”.
The JFA KOKORO PROJECT was born from this idea.

The theme is “DREAM”.

In 2006, we started this project and launched “Dream Classes” from April 2007.
JFA brings “Dream Teachers” to elementary and junior high schools, who are the athletes not only current and former football players but also from other sports.

These teachers talk about how they fulfilled dream through their experiences, such as the importance of having dream and supporting each others.

The JFA Ideal

Through football, we realise the full benefits that sports can bring to our lives
the soundness of our bodies, the expansion of our minds,
and the enrichment of our societies.
