Third trimester of 2021 Class A Coach General Training Course for female coaches held at Kashima Heights Sports Plaza

07 December 2021

Third trimester of 2021 Class A Coach General Training Course for female coaches held at Kashima Heights Sports Plaza

The third trimester of the 2021 Class A Coach General Training Course for female coaches took place for six days at Kashima Heights Sports Plaza (Ibaraki) from Monday 22 to Saturday 27 November. During this trimester, participants took part in coaching sessions and lectures in the first half, before taking practical coaching, oral, and written exams in the second half.

It has been nearly five months since the first trimester started on 21 June. Mentoring sessions specifically designed for this course were held in between each trimester, and the participants have shown remarkable growth over the course, as they received great inspiration from their instructors and fellow participants.

The practical coaching exam was held with the cooperation of the support players, as the participants were required to demonstrate their speed and coaching ability to coach male players. We would like to thank the men’s football teams of Edogawa University, Nippon Sport Science University, Ryutsu Keizai University, and Kokushikan University for their support to conduct the exam.
