The away kits lettering adopts a concept of INNOVATION, which infuses meanings of "innovation, to overcome and to defeat."

※The 2016 model differs in the lettering design and price between home and away.
※The number of characters must be up to 15 from A to Z. (Letter "I", Dots ".", and "Hyphens "-" are counted as 0.5 characters, while Ms and Ws are counted as 1.5.)
※The names and numbers are only available in the same font as the real national team kits.
※Kit numbers are available up to two digits.

The lettering will be ready in 30 to 40 minutes when we have stock at hand of requested letters.
Otherwise it takes 21 days or more after the order is received. Please ask our representative regarding how to pick up the finished product.

Mail-order Service

The Japan Football Association and the Japan Football Museum state the requirements for the mail-order purchases of FLAGS TOWN products. Please read the procedure and tips below carefully before you place an order.

Mail-order Service Procedure

1. Ask about product availability
Call Museum shop “FLAGS TOWN” to ask about item name, item number, colour and size. The shop staff answers the availability.

2. Order will be sent by Sagawa e-collect (Cash on Delivery)
Once the item is confirmed in stock, it will be shipped within two days (depending on regions) with a receipt enclosed by Cash on Delivery (Sagawa e-collect).

3. When your order arrive
Please make payment for the purchased item, the handling fee and the shipment fee.

Please check the item colour and size once it arrives. We accept size and item exchanges within a week after the item arrives at your place. Call Museum Shop “FLAGS TOWN” with the receipt in your hand. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping fee associated with returns or exchanges.
